Upon arriving home, I noticed an additional charge added to my mediheel treatment on slip. The therapist never cleared any additional charge with me. After sending an email to the customer care of Placecol, I received a phone call from the Manager saying that the therapist did ask me if I wanted my entire feet done, which accounts for the extra R25. SHE DID NOT. The extra price is also not indicated on the price list. The manager wasn't rude, but not exactly friendly. I would gladly pay the extra price as I love the treatment. I cannot handle. A few days later, I was forwarded a email from the owners that they sent to customer care in response to my sms to the manager. NOTE THAT THE PRICE THEY SAY ISN'T EVEN CORRECT. Not to mention spelling and grammer. HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL: "Elana our Branch Manager did phone Me Jooste yesterday. Elana explained to Me Jooste why the "additional charge" was on the slip and it is for the full foot. We received a sms this morning form Me Jooste saying that she will be making use of Placecol branches in Johannesburg. I am very sorry that we losinga client for a miss understanding of R30 -00.
