Ennik Estates
Unethical and Innacurate Advertising

Ennik Estates, affiliated to Christies International, are currently advertising a property for sale at 30 Sutherland Avenue in Hurlingham. This house was sold by my partner in December 2012 and has not been occupied nor maintained since, and sadly the property is now in bad condition. However the photographs Ennik Estates are using depict it very differently, and are in fact the photos taken with our furnishings in it. Furthermore, the advert states that the property has a "flatlet". This "flatlet is one large room with a shower/toilet, there are no cooking/washing up facilities whatsoever." Our objections were relayed to the agent Dan Onnay some two weeks ago, who said he understood our point but that they needed to use our photos to lure the public with. (!!) He would however speak to the principal Ronald Ennik and come back to us, which (surprise surprise) has never happened, and the advert has not been changed. It's exactly this kind of dishonesty that gives Real Estate Agents the bad name that they suffer.
