Getting even worse

After getting hold of the owner of Better Cleaning Systems, he promised he will refund my payment. This was end of January. Until today (1 March 2013) he still has not done so. It is also obvious that they are blatantly avoiding my phone calls. I have reported them to SARS, as the VAT number on the invoice they supplied my does not exist. Also, the CC is not registered
