A friendly warning to all Cresta shoppers to KEEP AWAY FROM THE CLEANING BROTHERS dry cleaners. They 'misplaced' my new blazer which I purchased for R899, gave me the round about for close to 3 weeks. Had to ask a lawyer friend to threaten them for them to give me a response via SMS. Eventually the store owner Lou tells me he can only compensate me not more than R250! None of the staff cared to inform me about this 'condition' when I took my blazer in. What am I suppose to do with R250? Absolutely no accountability, no systems in place to trace my blazer! A bunch of they all are. Absolutely disgusting.
