I had a consultant contact me on the 25th of Feb to confirm my address, so that they could deliver my Smart device from FNB.She had difficulty spelling, hearing and understanding where I am and yet it is a prominent well known suburb. Nonetheless I assumed it was due to her being based in Gauteng&not being very knowledgeable with areas. Then she calls me yesterday, the 28 February&leaves a message saying.should I not contact them today (yesterday) to confirm my address then I couldn't get delivery. Despite the fact that I work and was busy, it doesn't concern anyone at this company. This morning the 1/03 she calls me to again confirm address, as the courier company apparently could not find me. Neither bothered to call me when they where looking for me to say that they where lost or could not find me, which was supposedly on the 27th. This morning I had to email my address to her&her colleague. Her response was that the driver has already left&it cannot be done today. Then she calls back after my response to say that they will try and that this isn't her problem and that she is trying to help and I should keep my phone OPEN in case they try and call me. And it isn't her problem or FNB's. PATHETIC!
