My airtime was disappearing and when I phoned MTN to query it, they told me that I have subscribed to Smartcall technologies, for R20 a day. I have never even heard of them and am not interested in whatever they have to offer. I have not subsribed to their services. I have unsubscribed, but would like my airtime reinstated from Dec to February.
