I learnt from Vodacom in December 2012 that I was subscribed to SA Erotic (gobbling up my airtime every month) - which was UNTRUE! SmartCall Technologies eventually refunded me thanks to my complaint on HelloPeter..
Ever since Vodacom unsubscribed on my behalf I have been receiving the folloywing SMS: "FREE SMS: You have been unsubscribed from SA Erotic, come back and see us again soon!! "
I received this on (1) 18/12/12 @ 17H59, (2) 20/12/12 @13H44, (3) 20/12/12 @13H46, (4) 21/01/13 @18H31, (5) 21/01/13 @18H41, (6) 22/01/13 @19H05, (7) 23/01/13 @ 21H05 and today (8) 24/1/13 @ 18h35,
EIGHT SMS messages!!! This boils down to PURE HARRASSMENT and I know for sure that one of my FUNDAMENTAL CONSUMER RIGHTS is NOT to be harrassed by any supplier.
THUS: FOR THE RECORD: I have NEVER subscribed to your rubbish service, NOR WILL I EVER IN FUTURE!!!
Take my number off your system as I NEVER EVER want to be harrassed by SMARTCALL TECHNOLOGIES ever again in future!!!
