They quoted me to replace the straps and handles of my handbag for R130. When I went to pick it up, there were 3 patches, I was not happy since the quote was to replace and not patch. Now 2 weeks later they still haven't done much to help me, I have to keep on phoning them since the haven;t made any effort to contact me. Head office is not of much help and the lady there makes it seem like I am at fault.
Needless to say I am never making use of their service again.
