I am absolutely shocked at the bill I just received from Good Fellas. On the 03/02/2013 we were catching a bus back from the RHCP concert. I had booked Good Fellas to pick me up at the drop off point at 12:30, but due to the high amount of traffic we were running a bit late. The call centre operator suggested she cancel the 12:30 pick up and rebook the driver for a bit later. The driver waited on site for us - we arrived at 12:40 pm - yet when i got my bill we had been charged TWICE for the same pick up. For a TEN minute wait, that is SHOCKING and completely UNETHICAL.
