At Madam Zingara opening night Good fellas drivers arrived at the appointed time as show ended a little over its scheduled end time. We were waiting to pay the bill when Good Fellas Ops called to say leave in 5 minutes or drivers will go without you.
I explained to the Ops person that we were in the process of paying, requested a few minutes indulgence. But they ignored that and the Drivers left without us.
Hows that for customer care, they can and have been 30 minutes late but we cant be 2 minutes over?
Their drivers would have taken 40 minutes to take us home then travel to their next pickup so Good Fellas can hardly cite that the drivers had to get to another pickup
