Not too sure how you got my number in the first place but received my bill from MTN for the month and noticed a R455 'content charge'. When I called MTN they said that the amount was charged for content I allegedly accessed from your service.
I have called to 'unsubscribe' although I don't recall subscribing for anything in the first place.
Now I would like to be refunded my R455, as I have not accessed any of your services let alone downloaded any of your content.
I would also like to reiterate that you remove my number from your database or whatever it is you use to people.
