WAITING FOR A PARCEL THAT WAS DUE LAST WEEK!!!

I was told that a contingency plan will be put into place because of the illegal work stoppage but I don't see anything happening... I am really starting to lose my patience now, phoning after people who promise to call you back but don't... I need my parcel soon, I don't have time for this...
