Visa Card payment not processed

On the 28th of December 2012 I paid an amount of R713.16 on my Madibeng (Brits) Council account at Broederstroom Post Office using my Nedbank Visa Card.

The payment has not appeared on either my Madibeng Council or my Nedbank Visa Card statement.

The payment was processed as trans 028417 by Teller Id 1185534.

Enquiries at Broederstroom Post Office indicate that the problem at the SA Post Office Head Office.
