Windscreen was damaged on the 18.11.2013 (shattered) by the garden service hired by my employer to cut the grass. The garden service was supposed to have paid for my insurance excess that I paid for after having changed the windscreen on my own. I am always told that the matter is with the garden service's insurance company. Its almost 3 weeks and they are not refunding me. If I had waited for the garden service to pay for my windscreen to be changed I would have had no car to drive for 3 weeks. This matter is now becoming highly unacceptable.
