Your call centre on 0860 111 502 is quite useless. I have been trying unsuccessfully for three days to get through to a live person, at different times of day, to establish the status of a registered letter sent on 12 Feb with tracking number RD435045754ZA. Seems you don't actually have anybody staffing your phones! The online facility for track and trace only shows that I handed the letter in on 12 Feb at Sunninghill West PO, which is a joke because it is now 20 February and the letter should at least have been delivered to the other side already. I have now been holding on the phone since 08:00, it is now 08:20, and 'all agents are still busy'. Looks like nobody actually arrived for work and that the message 'thank you for your patience, all our agents are still busy' is a hoax. Besides all that, your online facility for sending feedback doesn't work either, when I press the submit button, it just hangs. You really seem to hate customers, why don't you just close down and let private enterprise take over completely.
