Unaccepatable service

I am a distant learner that has been adversely affected by the ongoing SAPO strike. I have paid for overnight delivery for study material that was posted on the 20th of February 2013. I am yet to receive this package! As a consumer who has paid for a service and not received the said service, I am extremely and utterly disappointed and furious. Obviously the strike action has a negative impact on many but I firmly believe that SAPO, being the large organisation that it is, should at least have alternate arrangements in place to ensure that consumers who have payed for their service are not disappointed. Surely something can be done! Furthermore disgruntled consumers need to be shown the courtesy of at least having their phone calls to the call centre answered.
