I sent in my order before they had the miscommunication email & offer of money back. I didn't want my money back, I wanted the canvas. I had to send them my pictures again, this time by email, one photo per email, because for some reason now they don't have them any more. This was on 8 January. On 16 January, I received an email that said I would receive tracking information for my canvas on 21 January. I never received tracking information and I still haven't received my canvas. It is now 17 February. I have emailed them 3 times to query where my product is. This is really ridiculous...
