Incorrect product and fail to respond

I purchased a canvas print on GroupOn on the 9th January 2013. The only correspondence I have received is to say my payment has been received. I then managed to find out where to take the digital copy to be printed onto canvas. Upon arrival at FunFrame I was informed that GroupOn had made a mistake and that the offer was for a Block Mount. I informed them that GroupOn had accepted my money and therefore they would have to sort it out with GroupOn. FunFrame told me to sort it out with GroupOn. I contacted Corlia Wilkens Senior Partner Relations Manager at GroupOn via email she told me she would get back on the 31st January 2013 as see was off sick with chicken Pox. Still no response. Again I contacted Corlia Wilkens on the 5th Febuary 2013 and still no response. GroupOn you accepted my money sort it out I ordered a canvas print that I would realy like to have.
