So I have an etol account. My credit card has expired and I receive a notice to that effect and that my account will be flagged. What I thought would be an easy task turn out to be impossible! I first log into Internet website and found that I can not to that there, I must call the customer service line. Then I phoned the call centre just to find out that I can not do that telephonically. So today I go to an outlet as that is the only way to it. Got there, they told me they can not do it on a weekend only from Mon - Fri. Now I ask you, when must a working person do this? We are Ll against the system and when we try to co-operate it is still impossible - frustration beyond control?..
