I ordered several roses, and a compliment of balloons for my girlfriend for Valentine's day. I placed said order on Monday the 11th of Feb (order number 140462). It is now 17:34 at the time of writing this, and nothing has been delivered. I cannot and will not accept delivery a day late, as this was obviously for a special occasion which would have since passed. Because one cannot reach you (Floraniche) by phone, please could you respond to this: my request for cancellation and a full refund. Do not deliver the flowers and balloons tomorrow (this would just be embarrassing for all parties) simply reverse the payment. I hope you understand that in services you get one chance to make a lasting impression and messing up a Valentine's day delivery is catastrophic. I will almost certainly never use your services again. But I wish you the best of luck.
