I ordered some flower for my wife on the 13 of Feb for the 14 of Feb but as of now 16h05 nothing was delivered to her i try to get hold of them but it looks like the have taken there phone of the hook not to get any call send them an email you get a auto reply stating ("Please note that general emails, special requests or queries might not be attended to over the Valentine's Day period 13 - 15 Feb due to large volumes. We appreciate your patience and hope you will understand. Please order from the website direct.") they also say if you go on there site that if they can not deliver today that they will deliver the flowers tomorrow what are the use of valentines day if you only get your stuff on the 15 of Feb. The bank cant help as the money has all ready being transferred to there account and i must speak to them but how can you if a business take there phone of the hook and do not reply to you emails. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD i will ask my wife tonight to send any flowers back an i do want a full refund for there bad service...
Will never tell someone to use them as they are pathetic and do not care about any one but themselves
