I bought a groupon voucher for a service at the Garage.
I phoned them to arrange a day to bring in my car, I got my date and asked if they could pick up my car as I live and work in Town, but start work earlier than they open. I was told to phone back the day before to arrange the pick up time.
Happy that I got a date so quickly, I made a note in my diary to phone them the day before to arrange the pick up.
The day before the service I gave them a call to arrange everything.
I asked the receptionist to take down my address, she then gave the phone to "I think" the manager. who told me they don't do pick up of cars any more as they received complaints. I then asked him why I was told another story when I booked. He told me the receptionist is new and she still needs training... Shame
His attitude was rude, and when I told him I will report him to Hello Peter, He told me to go ahead, He doesn't care. Well then I will do so.
I don't know if he treated me badly because I used a groupon voucher or that is just his attitude towards all his clients. I now see that is his manner toward all clients, If I look at other complaints on Hello Peter.
