I ordered some roses for valentines day on the 12th and being a student I only ordered for 3 at R30 each and some green leaves for another R100, plus a bow, making my order R200. Premium prices.
Anyway, I arranged with the lady at the front desk to pick my flowers up at 6pm on the 13th.
So I ran into the centre at 18:05 just incase the shop was open and luckily they were only just starting to close.
So I asked this lady kindly if I could just quickly grab my order and she sharply replied, 'No, the shop is closed'.
She didn't even look me in the eye, and quickly shut the door in my face without an explanation. I was completely disgusted with that behaviour and attitude, and I shall let her know that tomorrow. Not a nice lady to deal with!
