Defect Inverter for solar powe

This is the e-mail I send to the company:

Dear Mr. Upton

I refer to our telephone conversation on the 26th of November 2012 and wish to advise as follows:

a) I bought a 5KW 48Volt Inverter from Micro Care on the 25th of May 2012 that broke within two months

b) The said item was replaced and broke within 4 months

c) The distance and the after sales service that we get is not to my satisfaction

d) The product to our knowledge is unreliable

e) We have disconnected from Escom and changed to green power (so no Escom) we only use solar energy

f) Because of the Inverter being defect, we lost 2 x 200 amp hrs Royal batteries and 3 x 48 volt 60 amp solar controllers

g) My deep freezers defrosted and I lost a lot of frozen foods which got rotten

I would like you to refund me on this product. My bank details are as follows:

This is what I paid for items:

The Price of the inverter was R16850.02. One MPPT controller costs R2000.00. The courier cost to send the inverter back to P.E. was R872.00. This does not even include all the food I lost from my deep freezers (I have 3) The batteries cost R2400.00 each.
