Philip from Rapid Sport quoted us on 09 Jan 2013 for the manufacturing of branded cycling wear. The quotation was accepted and when I went through to see him in connection with the artwork & details (after making an appointment with him telephonically 1.5 hours before I came through, 41km away). He could not recall the prices he quoted, when I presented him with the prices as quoted on his email to me, he insisted it was a mistake and the cost was now 55% higher. When I asked him how they can now charge us 55% more, he got irate and started telling me they are turning down work because they are to busy and if I wanted my clothing made I had to wait to the end of March. This was not mentioned anywhere on his emails or in the telephone conversation we had prior to my visit.
Just before I left he even told me that there's service was world class!? After raising his voice and telling me that I shouldn't argue with him about clothing pricing he tells me they give world class service.
I have contacted their (Professional) competition, who clearly understands client service, and it turns out their product is of a higher standard than Rapid Sport at the same price
