I purchased a voucher from Daddy's deals on the 26th October 2012 for a facial and massage at Unique Skin and Beauty Studio, which expires in April 2013. I had an appointment scheduled with them in December, which they cancelled due to renovations apparently, and notified me that they will get back to me in the first week on January to reschedule. Well, I heard nothing from them, and tried to contact them, unsuccessfully. I repoted this to Daddy's Deals and no one has bothered to respond to my query as to a refund on this purchase. I regularly purchase vouchers from Daddy's Deals, but if this is the kind of service being provided, perhaps I should shop elsewhere. I would appreciate a response from you
