I would again like to take this opportunity to express our sincerest apology for the behaviour of our driver involved in the incident this morning.
Namlog management does not tolerate behaviour such as this and will most definitely act in the harshest manner available to us. Staff acting in this manner does not belong in a Company that prides itself on professionalism and integrity.
IT goes to show that their is STILL PROFESSIONAL COMPANY'S out there. Its was nice to know someone did take me serious after speaking to Mr Louis i have decided to not press charges as he has assured me that this matter is very serious to himself and the company. I do not blame the COMPANY but find them very professional especially Mr Louis. Thank u to him I believe this problem will be solved shortly and that this will never happen again..I still suffer the damages on my bike but rather that then seeing this DRIVER getting away with this!!! But it still burns a hole in our wallet.
