Unlawful and unreliable

My company ordered/ purchased black table cloths from VB Catering and Hiring. We paid in full.

Once we received the order. We noticed they had supplied us with second hand product which has little holes, marks and loose seams.

We have been emailing and calling VB Catering for over 2 weeks with NO COMMUNICATION at all. I then called off my cell number and the lady picked up but then put down the phone on me once realizing who I was.

Clearly VB Catering has no intentions in sorting out the issue nor will they refund us!

I strongly recommend no body to deal with this company, they are unlawful and unreliable.

I am disgusted to say the least.
