Defective Products Sold and Bad Service

Very quick to make the sale, but very bad after service. Installed expensive tiles from the malls tiles, Cape Town Parden Eiland branch, in my lounge, dining room and passage and their products are defective after installation (05/12/21). Water stains through the tiles and appears that the tiles are not properly sealed, as confirmed by a second contractor. Assessment team came out 2 weeks ago (05/01/22) and then didn't hear anything from them. Emailed the manager (18/01/22) and 2 weeks later still no response. After leaving a bad review on Google, the same assessment team came out (19/01/22) with another new person and they confirmed the stains from ordinary tap water seaping through the tile and their best response today, is a without prejudiced email, stating that they will give us 2 box of tiles and R1000 to replace it ourselves, yet the issue is with almost all their tiles installed. Very poor assessment teams as they had to come out twice to confirm the same issue, ie water seaping through the tiles. Very bad service. So prices may seem a bargain, up until you have a problem and then you realize that you might as well have paid a little more and shopped some where else, for the better service and good quality products. I tried calling the manager today, no response after leaving messages for a call back. Uploaded pictures are just a few of the tiles in question. If you leave a water spill for too long on any tile, the water stain in evident.
