In Sep/Oct2013 we purchased 100sq of 800x800 & 20sq meters of 600x600 NANO finish Hong Kong White tiles from MALLS TILES. Rakesh Boola the salesman advised NANA meant hard wearing, low maintenance and stain free.
On completion of tiling black marks were on certain tiles. Cleaner purchased from Malls - failed to fix. We also noticed feint scratch marks on both sets of tiles. Repeated calls to Rakesh Boola were unsuccessfully.
Under the shine of lights the feint scratches were clear as day. Interestingly scratches were evident on every single tile. At the store we spoke to a Shaun (Manager) who suggested we purchase a magic sponge. This was a futile act. After repeated calls to Rakesh we eventually got him & manager (Manoj) to the house. On inspection they clearly realised something was wrong with tiles. Returning with special cleaners a few days later - they failed to fix the problem. They left admitting there was a problem with the tile. Mention was made of a big company were the same problem arose. Manoj in a telecom asked me to table my compensation expection. Mr Mall concluded from his office tiles could not have been damaged as both sizes cud not have damage.
