I bought tiles from Union tiles for renovations to my house. 160 square meters. After i tiled the floors I relized that the tile all have a Bulb on the one side and they look very bad. I have taken some foots and sent it to the supplier. After all the complaints and correspondence this was their answer. I

Regarding the above and the tiles supplied, and all the relevant correspondence, and the complaint regarding the quality of the tiles.
However we had the tiles checked, and the tiles are still within spec and international standards from the supplier.
We are always concerned about good customer relationship, and as a result of this the company as a gesture of goodwill, without any further recourse to the company, would make an offer of full and final settlement to the customer to the value of R10, 000.00.
Therefore could you please forward this on to the contractor and the customer.
