Non delivery of urgent item

This piece of equipment was supposed to be delivered from Gauteng to Durban on 17/11/2021.
Up until this morning after many phone calls it was found that this item was incorrectly delivered to a business in Gauteng.
This has cost us lost time on production for two days.
A technician was flown down from Gauteng on Tuesday evening in order to fit this part when it was scheduled to arrive yesterday.
WE incurred wasted costs due to poor service.
