I have received truly bad service from this company and have been misled. I sent my documents to this company to help me apply for a police clearance certificate. They said that the document would be submitted as soon as they got it and it would take roughly 20 days for me to get it back. That time came and gone and I was unable to get any information from them on when my documents would be finished. So I went to the SAPS site and checked when my documents were submitted to the police. They received my documents two weeks after I couriered them to GMTM.
Rather use a different service like a courier service (Some offer a similar service) or even speedmail the documents straight to the Police as this might be faster than using this company and it will definitely be much cheaper!
