Poor service

I called the service department to see if they could assist me with my radio/cd unit in my vehicle. The first call went through to kevin and the call was dropped. I called through twice after that and left messages with the switchboard lady who advised me that someone would call. Nobody called. I have always had bad service from this dealership.they feel as if they are doing you a favour when in fact youre paying exorbitant rates. Im fed up with the poor service. Ill never go back there. Ill try another dealer. If I was important to them... they would have called.
