From booking the car in on Tuesday morning and could not get hold of the service department and left a message for someone to call me back. In exactly 20 minutes after leaving the message, someone called and the lady was extremely professional. She assisted me efficiently and she was extremely friendly.
On arrival on Thursday morning, the lady at the entrance greeted me by name and directed me to where i should park the vehicle. Then another gentleman greeted me by surname and he had all my details ready. We went through the inspection of the vehicle and everything was explained clearly and was asked if i needed to be dropped of anywhere? After saying where i needed to dropped off i was immediately offered to be picked up.
I was dropped off by a very professional driver. I was kept informed about the progress and once done i was called and informed that someone will be at my work to pick me up.
The car was clean all was explained and informed that if there is any dissatisfaction here is the person to contact.
To the Principal dealer, i just want to say you have a great team there and your team needs to train all other dealerships what service is. You guys rock!
