WHEN YOU DO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE NEW CONTRACT, IT IS CLEARLY A LOSS TO ME AND A GAIN FOR THEM. HOW CAN YOU HELP ME MY CONTRACT IS CANCELED WITH OUT AN EXPLINATION. THE HELP DESC DROP YOUR CALLS AND THE SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM DO NOT ANSWER YOUR TICKETS. IS THERE MORE COMPLAINT LIKE THIS IS SOUTH AFRICA???
