Bad attitude and undelivery of service

I called Durban Fuel injection services a couple of days ago to ask about them checking a problem on my car. the lady who answered the phone told me in was going to take 4 hr for them to check. i took the car yesterday first thing in the morning and explaind to them the problem. One of the guys who looked like was going to check car told me the car had to spend the night and so they can check the car again in th e morning when the engine was cold. they said they were to call me in tduring the course of the day and inform of progress. No one called during that day. Today i went there around 11.30am to enquire if they had found anything. i went to the reception and a lady who seems to be the boss told me to take a seat. She carried on with her work for 15-20min without telling what was happening She then started yelling about not liking how customers put her under pressure when i enquir. I then realised that nothing had been done on the car for the over 24 hr it had been there. only when i came did one othe guys took the car keys and went to plug the car into the computer for a scan... i decided to take my car elsewhere as these guys proved to be dishonest and rude
