Absolutely Zero repsect for their clients

In 2013 I bought not one but two Brand new Steed 5 from GWM Fourways as a result from the fantastic service I received from Kevin the Sales Manager. Mid January I went back to GWM Fourways and I was serviced by a gentleman named Aavarn. At 1st the service was amazing, Aavarn came to my house to show me the car and to sign the offer to purchase on the Thursday afternoon. That Saturday I went into GWM to for them to view my trade in. I was only contacted by Aavarn later that week on Thursday to tell me that he is battling with getting me good price on my trade in but not to worry he will let me know. That was 2 weeks ago. last week their Finance department called me (Janine) who does fantastic work informed me that me finance was ready. The offer was insult as what GWM was offering my trade in was _ 30% lower than any one else and they had loaded the premuim to the maximum. Janine said she would get back to me and today it has been a week and nothing from her or Aavarn. GWM Fourways, I am buying a 3rd car from you and this is the service I get, No Feed back, no service and you try and me on trade in. Thanks but I will take my business else where and not recommend your branch.
