Hi my name is Lucy I bought a Ford Ecosport in menlyn 012 368 8000 on the 03/10/2013 and I also bought an accessary (back wheel cover) cash, I have a proof of payment and I have a proof of an email that they received it, because Jean sent me an email saying he received the proof of payment. I have been making follow up with him but I don't get joy, last time (16 January 2014) he said the cover is at the Target panel beaters for painting and he promised me to get it on the 20 January 2014. But even now I haven't received it. I want my wheel cover. I paid it cash. I like Ford as a car but their Sales Reps are just making the name very bad.
