I called to Yebo yethu share trading to follow up on the sms with a shareholder no and password that they said they would send within 11-18 hours and it had been over 24 hours and still haven't received the sms. I spoke to a consultant named Velly Dabula, he was extremely rude just as soon as he answered the phone, he sounded irritable and cold, I explained the reason for my call and he said the I'd copy was outstanding, I explained that I sent it and spoke to a consultant who confirmed receipt, he wasn't interested and kept talking in a very disrespectful tone, I told him I didn't want to fight with him and asked him to put me through to someone else who could help me, he then disonnected my call while I was waiting to be transferred. This is a very bad service and I felt belittled and disresspected as a customer. Velly is a customer service consultant and he is there to give service to customers not such a bad attitude, he doesn't deserve to be representing such a bi g name and I personally feel he needs to be trained to understand what customer service is and why he is there taking calls to begin with. This was the worst customer service experience!
