I called in Tel: 27 (11) 670-4500 to change the debit date. I was transferred to the consultant who just told to wait then she transferred me to the 3rd consultant. All three consultants I spoke to did not provide their name, department I'm in even mention the company. When I was still shocked of what just happened. I explained to the consultant the reason for my call. She just said "which day" I gave the date she then said 'ok" i kept quiet and she repeat and ok I asked if she changed the date and she just said yes and she ended. What a pathetic service people who don't value you as a customer only happy that they just get money from. I will be changing service provider for company who will value me as a customer.
