I took in a certificate that was printed with an error on it. First mistake. Its now been a month later and I have received no feedback what so ever. Second mistake. When I eventually called, I was told to call back at a later time. Which I then did. Only to be told that the relevant person is not at their desk. They then suggested that I leave my contact number and the person would call me back. To top that off I was asked if my number was a certain network... I mean does it really matter??? I'm quite sure that your company gives you a cellphone allowance so it really shouldn't matter what network I belong to. A day later and still nothing.
