I live in Limpopo and I travelled on the Gauteng toll roads on the 19th of December. I contacted the call centre to pay for the toll fees on the 24th of December just to be informed that my account has already been transferred to VPC. Since then I have contacted the call centre numerous times and received various promises that my complaint will be investigated and that they will revert to me. To date I have received no response only the threatening SMS's.
