I received a ghd a while ago for my birthday. About a year later there were technical problems with the straightener: the wire short circuited. I informed [URL Removed] about the problem and they promised to get back to me which they never did. End of Dec 2013 it short circuited once again and burned my hair. Again i informed [URL Removed] again they promised to contact me regarding my enquiry and again no one got back to me. I find this service delivery absolutely shocking and feel that we are owed better service delivery when taking into consideration the price you pay for the products.
