Working day number 7 still no post!!

My post was posted in Graskop on the 28/01/2014 and was in Nelspruit on the 29/01/2014, for the past 5 days its status stayed the same (IN TRANSIT)!!! it cant take 5 WORKING days to transport post from Nelspruit to Pretoria can it??

I am not happy with this at all.
