Upfront payment required but POOR/no delivery

I contacted Top Design Media [URL Removed] to help me register my company in early December 2013. I paid over R1500.00 upfront with the expectation that services will be delivered within a 2 week period - which is what they guaranteed. It is 2 months later and NOTHING. In fact, you are expected to call them to follow up on the progress of your request; they do not make courtesy calls to apologise for the delay and to speed up the process. I have called them over 15 times in the past few weeks and they still have not delivered. If I could take my money back and use the services of another more reliable supplier I would. The staff have no sense of urgency. Top Design Media, please deliver on what I have paid!!!
