We approached Dynamikos media for a website design. After having a meeting with them they presented a website that was literally a wordpress template except they just pasted our logo on it. Naturally we were unhappy and asked them to actually design something. The time that had lapsed from that original meeting to the time we received the second design was over 6 months. And the full fee had been paid already in good faith (lesson learnt). When we now try contact them for updates and assistance on our website, they are nowhere to be found. They don't answer phones, their landline doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. Our website is currently down because of this. This by far the worst experience we've had regarding service delivery.
