I placed an order on 29 September 2013 and was advised that delivery will take between 4-6 weeks. I have called numerous times asking when delivery will take place as the 10th November 2013 will be the end of six weeks. Finally today after talking to the manager I was informed under no circumstance will the couch be delivered by the end of this week. I see that I am not the first person to complain about the delivery process where being advised that delivery will take between 4 - 6 weeks and also not the first person to comment that it is from the Design Quarter branch. This is absolutely shocking services will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
