On 28/3/2013 a debit order went of my account for R299.99. As I did not authorise any debit orders and never heard of Zinzilla I phoned them. Spoke to Dylan who promised to check into the matter straight away. As it was Easter Holiday I was impressed to learn that my refund was done today thanks to Dylan.
