Ought my car from lexus. a Peugeot 207 cc 2011 model, it was at 23 000km. 2months later the car broke down, was told the clutch had burnt.
I had to pay for this because according to Peugeot this was wear and tear. I previously drove a car for 4 years and never did i experience this.
had the car fixed else where, but when my mechanic collected the car, Peugeot had literally left it stripped down, and this is where i believe the damage occurred. My hub is damaged and now i am expected to pay for this.
I have fought this as much as i can and ended up deciding to pay this myself...
but... for the past 3months, no one has gotten back to any of my emails.
Firstly i do not believe i should have been held responsible for the clutch because there's just no way i could have done that in 2years. NO WAY... this is not my 1st car...
And now when i want to fox the damaged hub, no one wants to assist me...
this is bad service, i love my car but seriously the service i have had!!!
